Teaching with Generative AI
Rather than listing classroom activities, this guide gives you a set of questions to answer before you decide anything: how generative AI could help or block each of your stated course objectives, and what you would need to understand yourself before assigning work that uses it. Working through it produces the reasoning behind a course AI policy, which is the part faculty usually skip and then cannot defend when a student challenges a decision. It closes by pointing at the specific gaps in your own knowledge that the answers expose, so the output is a short list of things to go and learn rather than a policy you have to invent from nothing.
