AI Literacy: Activities
Three class activities are set out with their own guiding questions, so you have something to run in a single session rather than a definition of AI literacy to recite. Students discuss what generative AI is already doing to your discipline, then critique a chatbot summary of a topic you have just taught to find what is wrong, missing or unverifiable in it, then run a deliberately vague prompt, rate the answer and rewrite it. All three are written to be adapted to any discipline and any mode of delivery, and the whole package is openly licensed so you can rewrite it for your own course.
